How long will it take to get my book shipped?
Note that if you are ordering from outside the EU import taxes might be charged at delivery or pickup.
On the last page of the order checkout you will see the shipping time of your country. These are estimated shipping times based on each country's delivery systems. Please note, that we are not responsible for elongated shipping times as these are carriers that operate outside of our control. :)
I have a bookstore and would like to stock your journal. How can I do so?

Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Croatia, Czech Republic, Cyprus, Denmark, Estonia, Finland, France, Germany, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Malta, Netherlands, United Kingdom, Poland, Portugal, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Spain, Sweden and Switzerland
We are adding more countries asap. If you have a request for a country, please send us an email to hello@daily-deep.com and we will do our best to add it to the list.
How do I return a package?
- PLEASE NOTE: The shipping costs for returns have to be paid by the customer.
We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

What payment options do you accept?
We accept apple pay, shop pay and google pay through fast checkouts. And the cards Visa, Mastercard, Amex and Union pay through our regular checkout.
My journal arrived damaged. What do I do now?

Contact us immediately at hello@daily-deep.com if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right:)
